Statute 538 030

If and when the Boulder Canyon Project Adjustment Act becomes effective, and whenever and as often as any payments are made to the State Treasurer of the State of Nevada, the State Treasurer shall accept the same and such payments shall be placed by the State Treasurer in the General Fund of the State of Nevada.
