1. The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director. 2. The Executive Director: (a) Is in the unclassified service of the State; (b) Serves at the pleasure of the Commission; and (c) Shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the business of the office and shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit.
