The Commission representing the State of Nevada on the joint commission shall have full authority: 1. To carry on negotiations for such compact or agreement. 2. To attend meetings of the joint commission whenever convened. 3. Generally to perform such duties as shall be required of the commissioners thereof in carrying out the purpose and intent of NRS 538.270 to 538.410, inclusive.
