1. The board of county commissioners shall give notice of such election, which shall be published for 2 weeks prior to such election in a newspaper within the county where the petition is filed. 2. Such notice shall require the electors to cast ballots, which shall contain the words 'Irrigation District—Yes,' or 'Irrigation District—No,' or words equivalent thereto, and the names of persons to be voted for as directors.
