1. The secretary and the treasurer shall be appointed by the board of directors and may or may not be members of the board. One person may be appointed to serve as secretary and treasurer. 2. Such officers shall serve at the will of the board. 3. The secretary and the treasurer shall file bonds for the faithful performance of their duties. The bonds shall be approved by the board.
