Statute 539 081

1. All directors and other officers named in this chapter are prohibited from being directly or indirectly interested in any contract awarded by the board or in the profits to be derived from the contract. 2. For any violation of this section the director or officer is guilty of a gross misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof forfeits his or her office. (Added to NRS by 1977, 1114)
