Statute 539 120

1. Nominations for the office of director shall be made by filing a declaration with the secretary within 50 days before the date of election and not later than 20 days before such election. 2. A candidate shall pay $25 filing fee with such declaration. [Part 5:64:1919; A 1933, 271; 1931 NCL § 8012]
