Statute 539 150

1. Before opening the polls each inspector and each clerk must take and subscribe to an oath to perform faithfully the duties imposed upon him or her by law. Any elector of the precinct may administer and certify such oath. 2. Vacancies occurring during the progress of the election may be filled by the remaining inspector or inspectors, and any inspector of election may administer and certify oaths.
