Any rights-of-way or other property owned or acquired by the district may be conveyed by the board to the United States insofar as the same may be needed for the construction, operation and maintenance of works by the United States pursuant to this chapter. [58:64:1919; 1919 RL p. 3290; NCL § 8076]
