Notice of the election provided for in NRS 539.297 shall contain, in addition to the information required in the case of an ordinary bond election: 1. A statement of the maximum amount of money to be payable to the United States for construction purposes, costs of water supply and acquisition of property, exclusive of penalties and interest. 2.
