Certificates of indebtedness or notes shall be signed by the officers of the district and, except in the matter of assessments for interest and redemption being limited to the division, shall be treated in the same manner as district bonds. [Part 49:64:1919; A 1921, 118; 1923, 289; 1951, 438]
