Statute 539 6371

Any bonds issued to finance or refinance the costs of a revenue-producing project of the district may be payable solely from, or additionally secured by, a pledge of the net revenues of that project or the net revenues of any revenue-producing facility of the district. (Added to NRS by 1985, 2055)
