1. The board of directors, at the time mentioned in the notice, or at any other time to which the hearing may be adjourned, shall hear the petition and all the objections thereto. 2. The failure of any person to show cause as provided in NRS 539.712 shall be taken as an assent on that person’s part to a change of the boundaries of the district so as to include the whole or part of the land mentioned in the petition.
