Any person who wrongfully and maliciously interferes with any officer, agent or employee of the district in the proper discharge of his or her duties, is guilty of a public offense, as prescribed in NRS 193.155, proportionate to the value of any property damaged or destroyed and in no event less than a misdemeanor. 2.
