Statute 540 061

It is the intent of the Legislature, in accordance with the state policy set forth in NRS 540.011, to provide for the reporting of all projects to the Chief to ensure effective coordination by the State in its effort to plan water use. (Added to NRS by 1989, 1236; A 2005, 2568)
