As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Board' means the board of county commissioners. 2. 'Commission' means the Northern Nevada Water Planning Commission created by section 36 of chapter 531, Statutes of Nevada 2007, at page 3293. 3. 'Comprehensive plan' or 'plan' means the plan developed by a regional water commission created by special act. 4. 'Division' means the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2648; A 1997, 1342; 2007, 3286)
