Statute 543 080

1. The taxes and charges provided for in NRS 543.070, when collected, must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Flood Control Account. 2. All bills against the Account must be certified by the Director and, when certified and approved by the State Board of Examiners, the State Controller is authorized to draw his or her warrant against the Flood Control Account.
