Statute 543 130

1. The receipts of the charges provided for in NRS 543.120, when collected, must be deposited, in the same manner as receipts of special taxes are deposited, with the State Treasurer for credit to the Flood Control Account. 2. All claims against the Account must be certified by the Director, and when they have been certified and approved by the State Board of Examiners, the State Controller shall draw his or her warrant against the Flood Control Account.
