Statute 543 140

Loans may be made pursuant to NRS 543.090 to 543.140, inclusive, from time to time for each proposed flood control project at the discretion of the Director and within the limits of money available in the Flood Control Account. (Added to NRS by 1960, 57; A 1979, 117; 1991, 1788)
