1. In addition to the requirements of NRS 543.330, the board may meet at such time or times and at such regular meeting place within the district as it determines by resolution. 2. Special meetings may be held on notice to each member of the board as often as, and at such place or places within the district as, the needs of the district require. 3. A majority of the members of the board constitutes a quorum at any meeting. 4. The board shall adopt written policies and procedures for administering the district and for operating and maintaining its projects and improvements. (Added to NRS by 1961, 431; A 1985, 1193)
