Statute 544 020

As used in NRS 544.010 to 544.060, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Department' means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. 2. 'Director' means the Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (Added to NRS by 1961, 668)
