1. The following shall serve, ex officio, as members of the Commission: (a) The Dean of the Max C. Fleischmann College of Agriculture of the University of Nevada, Reno. (b) The Director of the State Department of Agriculture. 2. The ex officio members may appoint, in writing, alternates to attend any meeting of the Commission. Ex officio members or their alternates have full voting powers. 3. An ex officio member of the Commission shall serve on the Commission as long as the ex officio member retains the office by virtue of which he or she is serving on the Commission.
