Statute 548 4055

A fee imposed pursuant to NRS 548.4052 and 548.4053 or 548.4054, as applicable, may not be increased, decreased or eliminated except according to the same procedures prescribed in NRS 548.4052 and 548.4053 or 548.4054, as applicable, for imposing the fee. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1984)
