1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 547.110, the State Department of Agriculture may operate or authorize the operation of any state fair or regional fair in this State. 2. The Director of the Department must determine the venue and frequency of any state fair or regional fair, except that a state fair or regional fair may not be held more frequently than once each calendar year.
