A licensee must apply for the renewal of his or her nursery license annually on or before July 1. It is unlawful to conduct business without a current license. 2. The fee for the renewal of a license is ascertained in accordance with the schedule of fees established pursuant to NRS 555.238. 3. Any license may be renewed after July 1 upon payment of a penalty fee established by regulation of the State Board of Agriculture. Such a penalty fee must not exceed $200.
