The Director may adopt such regulations as the Director may deem necessary to: 1. Carry out the intent of NRS 555.235 to 555.249, inclusive. 2. Establish sanitary standards relating to pest conditions of nurseries. 3. Establish mandatory and permissive grades for nursery stock. When mandatory grades are established for nursery stock, all nursery stock sold or offered for sale must be graded and labeled in accordance with those standards. 4. Establish standards relating to conditions that interfere with the proper development of nursery stock after planting. (Added to NRS by 1959, 565; A 1961, 528; 1981, 89; 1993, 1713; 1999, 3644)
