1. The Director or any inspecting officer may enter any business during regular business hours to ascertain compliance with NRS 555.235 to 555.249, inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. 2. Invoices and applicable inspection certificates, quarantine certificates and phytosanitary certificates must be made available to the Director or inspecting officer upon request.
