Statute 555 245

1. Any person may request the Director to certify to pest conditions, quality, viability or grade of nursery stock intended for shipment to comply with the requirements for plant pests established by any state, territory or foreign country or by contract. 2. The Director may establish a schedule of reasonable fees for those requests for certification. (Added to NRS by 1959, 565; A 1961, 528; 1973, 285; 1993, 1714; 1999, 3644)
