'General-use pesticide' means a pesticide that has not been determined to be or classified as a restricted-use pesticide: 1. By the Director; or 2. In accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. §§ 136 et seq. (Added to NRS by 2017, 342; A 2023, 221)
