1. The Director shall collect from each person applying for examination or reexamination a testing fee established by regulation of the Director. 2. The Director shall, before the license or certificate is issued, collect from each person applying for a business license or license as an applicator a fee established by regulation of the Director. Any person employing primary principals, location principals, principals, operators or agents shall pay to the Director a fee established by regulation of the Director for each primary principal, location principal, principal, operator or agent licensed.
