If a person grows or handles hemp or produces agricultural hemp seed without being registered with the Department pursuant to NRS 557.200, the Department shall: 1. Impose an administrative fine pursuant to NRS 557.280 on the person; and 2. Report the person to the appropriate local law enforcement agency for investigation of a violation of the provisions of chapter 453 of NRS. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1348; A 2019, 2354, 2588)
