Statute 561 075

1. While engaged in the business of the Department, each member of the Board is entitled to receive a salary of not more than $80 per day, as fixed by the Board. 2. While engaged in the business of the Department, each member and employee of the Board is entitled to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses provided for state officers and employees generally. 3. The salaries, per diem allowances and travel expenses of the members and employees of the Board must be paid from any money available to the Department.
