Statute 561 148

The Director may participate in the investigation and prosecution of any suspected theft, mutilation or malicious destruction of livestock, and may temporarily stop the movement of livestock and carcasses for the purpose of inspection. (Added to NRS by 1967, 282; A 1993, 1724; 1999, 3658)
