Statute 561 207

1. The Director shall appoint an Administrator of the Division of Administrative Services. The Administrator is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Director. 2. The Administrator shall manage the activities of the Department relating to fiscal, accounting and other administrative services. (Added to NRS by 2021, 99)
