1. The Program for the Control of Pests and Plant Diseases is hereby established. 2. Money accepted by the Department under the provisions of NRS 555.010 to 555.460, inclusive, from the Federal Government or any federal department or agency, a county, a city, a public district or any political subdivision of this State, a public or private corporation, or a natural person, may be used in the Program for the Control of Pests and Plant Diseases. 3. Expenditures for the Program for the Control of Pests and Plant Diseases may be made only to carry out the provisions of this chapter and chapters 552, 554, 555 and 587 of NRS.
