The Department may: 1. Enter into agreements with the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States pursuant to section 2(f) of c. 152, 64 Stat. 98, 40 U.S.C. § 440(f), upon such terms and conditions and for such periods as may be mutually agreeable, authorizing the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States to accept, administer, expend and use in the State of Nevada all or any part of those trust assets or any other money of the State of Nevada which may be appropriated for such uses for carrying out the purposes of the applicable provisions of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, being 7 U.S.C. §§ 1000 to 1031, inclusive, as it is now or hereafter may be amended. 2.
