Statute 561 505

1. The Nutritious Food Purchase Account is hereby created in the State General Fund for the use of the Director in carrying out the Home Feeds Nevada Agriculture Food Purchase Program in accordance with NRS 561.515. 2. All money received by the Director pursuant to NRS 561.515 must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Nutritious Food Purchase Account. The interest and income earned on the money in the Account must be credited to the Account. (Added to NRS by 2021, 1095)
