1. The members of the Commission shall meet at least quarterly and at the times and places specified by a call of the Chair or by a majority of the members of the Commission. 2. A majority of the members of the Commission constitute a quorum, and a quorum may exercise all the powers and duties of the Commission. (Added to NRS by 1999, 1677)
