In addition to enforcing the provisions of this chapter through its agricultural police officers, the Department may: 1. Authorize other peace officers to enforce the provisions of this chapter; and 2. Adopt regulations specifying the procedures for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter by agricultural police officers and other peace officers.
