Statute 567 010

As used in NRS 567.010 to 567.090, inclusive: 1. 'Committee' means the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee. 2. 'Property-destroying bird' means starlings, blackbirds, ravens, crows and other birds that damage property, threaten human health or cause a public nuisance.
