1. At the first meeting of each year, the Committee shall select its own Chair and Vice Chair from among its members. A member may not serve as the Chair or Vice Chair for more than two consecutive terms. 2. Upon the selection of the Chair at the first meeting of each year, the Chair shall designate the members described in subsections 5 and 6 of NRS 567.030. 3.
