1. The members and the Secretary of the Committee shall serve without salary or compensation as such. 2. The travel and subsistence expenses of each member and the Secretary incident to attendance at meetings or conferences of the Committee may be defrayed from the funds of the board of which he or she is the designated member or Secretary.
