1. The office of the Committee must be located in the office of the State Board of Agriculture. 2. Such miscellaneous administrative expenses as are necessary for the conduct of the Committee’s affairs, aside from travel and subsistence expenses of the members and the Secretary, such as stationery and postage, must be paid from and are a proper charge against the State Sheep Inspection Account of the State Board of Agriculture.
