If the court makes a determination pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 574.2035, the county, city or other local government or animal shelter may by appropriate action recover the reasonable cost of any care and shelter furnished to the animal. The court may order a later and separate hearing to make a determination about such costs. (Added to NRS by 2019, 1777)
