'Cattery' means a place where at least 10 cats of not less than 6 months of age are kept, harbored or maintained for: 1. Boarding; 2. Training; or 3. Breeding for sale to a retailer or dealer. For the purposes of this section, spayed or neutered cats must not be counted when determining the number of cats that are being kept, harbored or maintained. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2146)
