Statute 576 020

1. A person shall not act as a broker, dealer, commission merchant or agent without having obtained a license from the Department as provided in this chapter. 2. A cash buyer or an agent of a cash buyer is not required to obtain a license pursuant to this chapter before acting as a cash buyer or an agent of a cash buyer.
