Statute 576 1285

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Department shall adopt regulations pursuant to which a person must register as a produce vendor. 2. A person who obtains certification pursuant to NRS 576.128 is not required to register as a produce vendor pursuant to this section. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3615)
