A cash purchaser, purchasing for his or her own use, may be exempted by the Department from the requirements of this chapter upon the purchaser’s filing of an affidavit stating such facts as may be required by the Department. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1200; A 1993, 1772; 1999, 3713)
