The State Sealer of Measurement Standards may establish: 1. A schedule of fees for any tests of weighing and measuring devices that the State Sealer of Measurement Standards determines to be necessary. 2. An annual fee for the issuance of a certificate of registration pursuant to NRS 581.103. 3. An annual license fee for all commercial weighing and measuring equipment. 4. An annual license fee for all cannabis weighing and measuring equipment that is required to be inspected and tested by the State Sealer of Measurement Standards by NRS 581.067.
