1. 'Farm' means the land, buildings, support facilities and equipment used wholly or partially for the purpose of commercially producing animals or animal products that are used for food. 2. The term does not include live animal markets or official plants if the market or plant is receiving inspection service pursuant to the Egg Products Inspection Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 1031 et seq.
